Refund Policy | Ace’s Lifeguarding – Event Lifeguard Services SoCal

At Ace’s Lifeguarding, we strive to provide reliable, professional event lifeguard services for pool parties, private gatherings, and community events across Southern California. We understand that plans can change, and this Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for our private lifeguard services.

 

Cancellations:

  • If you cancel your booking more than 7 days before your event, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the total service fee.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable, as our lifeguards for hire have already been scheduled and prepared for your service.

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your event lifeguard service, we will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the original booking.

No-Show Policy:
If a client does not show up or fails to provide access to the pool/event location, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

Weather Policy:
For outdoor pool events, we understand that weather can be unpredictable. If severe weather forces the cancellation of your pool party or gathering, we will work with you to reschedule your lifeguard services near me at no additional cost.
