By hiring an event lifeguard, private lifeguard, or any of our lifeguard services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully, as these terms are designed to ensure professionalism, safety, and clarity for both clients and our team.

 

1. Services Provided

Ace’s Lifeguarding offers certified event lifeguards, pool party lifeguards, and private lifeguards for hire across Southern California. Services include supervision at private homes, apartment communities, HOAs, event venues, and corporate gatherings. All lifeguards are Red Cross certified in CPR, First Aid, and water rescue.

 

2. Booking Requirements

• Bookings may be made through our website’s Book Now page or by direct contact.

• We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure availability, but last-minute lifeguards for hire near me may be arranged when possible.

• The standard ratio is 1 lifeguard per 25 swimmers. Larger groups or high-risk events may require additional private lifeguards.

 

3. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

• Payments are accepted through approved platforms on our website.

• Rates vary depending on location, event length, and number of event lifeguards required.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 2 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

• Weather-related cancellations will be handled with rescheduling options whenever possible.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide a safe, accessible pool environment.

• Ensure guests follow pool safety rules while our lifeguards for hire are on duty.

• Respect the judgment of the event lifeguard regarding swimmer safety.

• Inform us in advance of any special needs, large groups, or specific safety concerns.

 

6. Liability & Safety

While our lifeguard services are designed to reduce risk, water-related activities carry inherent danger. By booking, the client acknowledges this risk. Ace’s Lifeguarding and its Red Cross certified lifeguards are not responsible for injuries or accidents resulting from unsafe behavior, non-compliance with rules, or hazards outside of the lifeguard’s control.
